Oh how I hate to get up in the morning...

Dang it, I slept in until 7:30 today! I set my alarm for 6:30 and did not hear it! I have to go to bed earlier. I'm trying to work out as soon as I get up and can find my work out gear so I had to shortchange the workout today. I'll make it up tonight when I get home. Well, I cheated and ate some chocolate frozen yogurt at 11 pm but I weighed myself and still lost another lb. so now I'm down 7 lbs! Woo0-hooo!

Hopefully, I slept in enough to keep me going today! The workout certainly energized me for the morning portion of my day!
